- There is an inherent risk to your vehicle and/or trailer of being damaged by material falling from a loader.
- Suncrest Landscape Supply and its owners will not be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles or trailers by the material that is being loaded.
- You may load your vehicle and/or trailer yourself by shovel, buckets, or other container. Suncrest Landscape Supply and its owners will not be held responsible for any injury or damage occurred from self loading.
- You are responsible for covering and securing your own load and preventing any material from falling or leaking out of your vehicle and/or trailer. We encourage and recommend that all loads be covered.
- Suncrest Landscape Supply and its owners will not be held responsible for any damage caused by overloading the weight limit of your vehicle and/or trailer. The material being loaded can weigh up to 2700 pounds per cubic yard. It is your responsibility to know the weight limit of your vehicle and/or trailer.
- There is an inherent danger to your property if you request to have material delivered.
- Suncrest Landscape Supply and its owners will not be held responsible for any damage (above ground or below ground) caused by a delivery vehicle driving onto a customer’s or homeowner’s property. This includes but is not limited to; buildings, structures, septic systems, sprinklers, irrigation systems, vehicles, trees, fences, gates, etc. It is not recommended for any vehicle to drive over any part of a septic system, including drain fields and irrigation.
